We do not charge deposit fees. Deposits are processed continuously; we do not enforce minimum or maximum amounts in our published terms. Your account balance is shared across all ebot offerings—sportsbook, live-dealer, and slots—so a deposit funds your entire account.

Disputes arising from game results, odds, or technical issues are resolved case-by-case per our terms. We maintain records of all transactions and game outcomes. If we identify technical error (e.g., incorrect payout calculation), we will correct the account balance. We do not reverse transactions based on user regret or market movement; all outcomes are final once confirmed.
Data handling and privacy on ebot

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or close accounts. We comply with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. If we detect suspicious activity, we may freeze accounts pending investigation.
Limitation of liability
We provide ebot "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for specific purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform. We are not liable for network outages, payment processor delays, or events beyond our control.
Our liability for direct loss is limited to the amount you have deposited on ebot in the preceding calendar month. This limitation does not apply to fraud, data breach, or violation of applicable law. Your exclusive remedy for any dispute is the process outlined in our dispute resolution section above.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where our platform is registered. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction's courts for any legal proceeding. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of ebot constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you may close your account by contacting our support team.
