Installation paths and download options
We at ebot support three installation methods. Android users download our APK directly from our website (not Google Play) by enabling "Unknown sources" in device settings — this bypasses app-store review delays. iOS users access ebot through Safari or Chrome browser; we provide a bookmark option that launches the web app in fullscreen mode resembling a native app. Users on desktop or tablets can install our progressive web app (PWA) which caches content locally for faster loading.
Each path trades speed against convenience. Direct Android APK is quickest to deploy and receives updates without app-store delays, but requires manual security settings. iOS browser access is safest (no app installation risk) and always uses the latest version, but lacks offline cache and push notifications. The web app works everywhere but requires internet connectivity and offers fewer device-integration features.
Android APK installation steps
- Visit ebot.win and locate the Android download link on the App page.
- Open Settings → Security → enable "Unknown sources" (varies by device).
- Download the APK file; when prompted, tap Install.
- Open the ebot app, create or login to your account, and verify your phone number via SMS.
iOS browser and web app installation
On iOS, open Safari, navigate to ebot.win, and tap the Share button (square with arrow). Select "Add to Home Screen" — this creates an icon that launches our web app in fullscreen mode. The same process works on Android Chrome. Your home screen icon will update automatically when we deploy new versions.
No app installation is required; you simply bookmark or add a shortcut. This method is the safest because you are not installing third-party code, but you will not receive push notifications about live-game starts or market updates.
Installation summary
- Android APK: fastest, offline cache, push notifications, requires unknown-sources toggle
- iOS browser: safest, no installation, no notifications, fullscreen-app shortcut available
- Web app (all devices): universal access, no download, requires internet, no offline play
- Account verification required before deposit access
- All methods support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and bank virtual-account deposits
App vs. browser: features and trade-offs
Our ebot app (Android APK) caches game assets locally, reducing data usage and loading times on repeat visits — beneficial if you return to the same live-dealer table or slot games often. Push notifications alert you to market shifts (e.g., odds changes during Liga 1 matches) and live-game starts, letting you respond quickly without manually checking the app. The app also integrates with your device's notification center, making it harder to miss time-sensitive events like Idul Fitri promotional updates or Piala Indonesia knockout notifications.
The browser experience (iOS or web app) is always current because it loads code directly from our servers; you never run an outdated app. There is no installation friction, no permissions to grant, and no device-storage consumption. However, you forfeit offline cache (every visit reloads assets) and push notifications. Browser users must manually check for updates by refreshing the page. Choose the app if you deposit frequently or follow live markets closely; choose the browser if you prefer simplicity and maximum compatibility.
Device compatibility and system requirements
Our ebot app requires Android 7.0 or later (release 2016+). Most devices sold in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan in the past six years meet this threshold. iOS users need iOS 12 or later (2018+), covering all modern iPhones and iPads. Our web app works in any modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge on mobile or desktop. If your device is older than these thresholds, the browser version is your best option because it has fewer system dependencies.
Common installation issues and solutions
If your Android device blocks the APK download with "File not recognized" or "File corrupted," download the file again using a different browser (e.g., Firefox instead of Chrome). If you see "Cannot install on this device," your device does not meet Android 7.0 requirements — use the browser version instead. If the app crashes on launch, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → ebot → Storage → Clear Cache) and reopen. If push notifications do not arrive, check that you granted the app notification permission during setup (Settings → Apps → ebot → Permissions → Notifications).
iOS users on older devices may see "Certificate not trusted" when opening ebot in Safari — this is rare and typically resolves by closing Safari completely and reopening. If the browser-based shortcut does not work, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and recreate the shortcut. If you see a white screen after login, your connection may be slow; wait 10 seconds for content to load. All of these are network or cache issues, not account problems — your credentials remain valid.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install ebot, we request permissions to send notifications, access your phone number (for SMS verification), and store files temporarily on your device. These permissions let us verify your identity, alert you to live-game updates, and cache content for faster loading. We do not request contacts, photos, location, or microphone access. We do not share these permissions with third parties. Your account credentials (username, password) are never stored on your device; each session requires fresh login or biometric authentication if you enable it.
Our servers use SSL encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit. We encrypt sensitive fields (payment info, ID numbers) at rest. We comply with our privacy policy and do not sell device data or app-usage analytics to advertisers. When you withdraw funds via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank virtual accounts, payment details are transmitted securely and we retain minimal information (last 4 digits, transaction timestamp). You can reset your password, enable two-factor authentication, or delete your account through the app settings anytime.
We at ebot prioritize account security. Our mobile app is available only where local law permits. Install the version that best suits your device and usage habits — all paths lead to the same sportsbook, live-dealer, and slot-game experience.
